Buse Buz Yalug is a PhD candidate at Bogazici University, Istanbul. Her research has concentrated on perfusion MRI and brain tumors as well as medical image analysis and deep learning applications. She is a member of the Computational Imaging Laboratory at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, which aims to develop multimodal MR imaging techniques to understand the underlying biology of brain tumors. She is also a Visiting Researcher at A.I. Virtanen Institute for Molecular Sciences, University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio.
